15.2 Validity of the Guarantee
The travel guarantee only applies in the event of the provider’s insolvency and exclusively covers the services included in the booking.

24. Animal Welfare and Dog Behavior

24.1. Alaskan Malamute Ranch Lapland AB works exclusively with living animals. Sled dogs are not machines but living beings with individual character, daily condition, and natural needs.

24.2. The course, speed, route, and duration of the tour may vary depending on weather, snow and ice conditions, the dogs’ health, motivation, or workload. This does not constitute grounds for reduction, refund, or compensation.

24.3. The provider will always make decisions in the best interest of the dogs. This includes breaks, route adjustments, early termination of the tour, or short-term changes. These decisions are binding.
