About Us
The Alaskan Malamute Ranch Lapland AB is a family-run, nature-oriented business in the heart of Swedish Lapland.
In addition to our guests, our dogs, and the ranch itself, our small boutique offers carefully selected products inspired by Lapland, nature, and ranch life – lovingly decorated and full of personality.
Starting around 2027, we’re looking for an open-minded, warm, and creative person who enjoys working with people and ensures that our boutique always looks inviting and our guests feel truly welcome.
Your Tasks

Welcome and assist guests in the boutique with friendliness, attention, and genuine customer care

Handle sales and process payments through the cash register system

Maintain and present products – ensuring the sales area is appealing, clean, and lovingly decorated

Support with product setup, small decoration changes, or adjustments to the assortment

Keep the boutique tidy and well-organized

Contribute your own decoration ideas and creative suggestions for product presentation
Your Profile
You’re a great fit for us if you:

Have very good English skills (required)

Speak additional languages – especially Swedish or German – this is an advantage

Are open, communicative, and enjoy interacting with people – you approach guests proactively and love engaging with them

Stay calm and friendly even in busy or stressful situations

Appreciate order and aesthetics – you have a good eye for decoration, colors, and atmosphere

Are creative and enjoy contributing new ideas for the design and presentation of the boutique

Work reliably, responsibly, and independently

Have a basic understanding of retail operations (cash register systems, payment processes, product car
