Ranch Hand
Seasonal
Do you love animals and nature, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for! You’ll be wherever help is needed – whether caring for the dogs, assisting with small construction projects, or supporting in the guesthouse. No two days are the same, and that’s what makes it so special. If you’re hands-on, flexible, and enjoy teamwork and the great outdoors, we’d love to hear from you!
Gardener
Seasonal
Do you enjoy working with nature and have a talent for plants and design? Then you’re just the right fit for us! With us, you’ll care for and shape the ranch surroundings – from garden beds and meadows to small construction projects. In summer, you’ll help flowers and vegetables thrive; in winter, you’ll lend a hand with operating the loader and clearing snow.
Animal Caretaker
A daily life surrounded by fur, paws, and fresh polar air. From feeding and grooming to preparing for our tours – our Malamutes are the heart of what we do, and as an animal caretaker, you’re right in the middle of it all. Experience with horses is a plus. This job is not just about routine, but about mindfulness and genuine care for animal well-being.
Shop Assist

As a shop assistant, you’ll welcome visitors, manage our small ranch shop, help with check-ins, and make sure everyone feels at home.
And when there are no guests around, you’ll jump in wherever help is needed – because here, it’s all about team spirit, not routine.
