We are the Alaskan Malamute Ranch Lapland AB – a family-run, passionate business in Swedish Lapland that inspires guests with authentic experiences centered around nature, animals, and adventure.

Your Tasks
What You’ll Do

Help care for our dogs: feeding, cleaning kennels and areas, and occasionally assisting with dog tours (depending on the season)

Support small construction, maintenance, or landscaping projects (e.g. accommodations, paths, outdoor areas)

Assist in the guesthouse area: depending on the season, welcoming guests, helping with room or house care, and doing small service tasks

Lend a hand wherever help is needed – no two days are the same, offering plenty of variety and genuine outdoor work

Work in all kinds of weather – including outdoor tasks in rain, snow, or colder conditions
Your Profile
What You Should Bring:

A genuine passion for nature and animals – you love being outdoors and feel comfortable around dogs and in rough weather conditions

An outdoor mindset – cold, snow, rain, or wind don’t scare you; on the contrary, you’re motivated to get things done even when it’s tough

Hands and mind at work – you don’t shy away from physical tasks and enjoy getting involved, even when the work is demanding

Flexibility – you’re looking for a temporary experience of about 1 to 4 months (depending on the season and position – summer or winter)

Good English skills – you can communicate clearly with the team and, if needed, with guests

Additional language skills are a plus but not required

Team spirit and reliability – you enjoy working with others, are dependable, motivated, and bring a positive attitude
